MOS R&D Center is operating in conformity with the testing quality management system which was established based on international standard, ISO/IEC 17025-General requirements for the competence of testing laboratories.
MOS’ quality assurance policy is to provide the customers with the best service and reliability for testing quality. To perform this policy, MOS R&D Center has the specific personnel and testing equipment, and is aiming at zero percent of customer complaint by doing test that is guaranteed by fairness, objectivity and transparency.

- The basis of the R&D Center is that customer is the first priority for judgment and action, and to provide customer with services helpful practically by creating quickly and correctly.

- MOS R&D Center is to comply with ISO/IEC 17025 with the related regulations and guidelines, and to persue ethical belief and fairness with regard to do its duties, and to respect the independence from wrongful act that has effect on technical judgment

- All staffs have to develop self-improvement and organizational competency, and to be familiar with the testing quality management system and its performance as well, and to contribute to testing fields with focus on innovation.
