A key part attached on the back of semiconductor wafer inside CMP(Chemical mechanical polishing) device to absorb semiconductor wafer in the semiconductor wafer polishing process.

- A machine element to seal off oil. Oil is use to smoothen machine operation in friction parts. To prevent such oil from being leaked into machine gaps, Oil seal is used. Now with advanced machine technologies, not only oil but water or drug leakage or foreign substance entering into machines is prevented by using Oil seal.

Oil-Seal has a relatively simple structure and is less frictional but excellent in its sealing performance. Appropriate lubrication should be maintained in order not to cause Lip abrasion by the friction between Sealing Lip and machine movement part.
